It all began in the summer of 2000.
The pristine nature and tranquility of the forest blend with the curiosity to always discover new lands in search of the nugget.

THE PASSION

This is where my passion for truffles was born, leading me to continue the family tradition of making it a profession for 50 years.

To Giovanni, my father, I owe the knowledge,

the art, and dedication in the pristine search for what the word quality represents.

I still remember that first day as if it were yesterday.

The dogs walked through the woods, testing the soil, the holes dug, and the box of biscuits always ready as a reward for their work.

Many years have passed since my first foraging in the woods, but my passion for truffles has never waned. Always searching for the most prestigious products and the best area.

Traveling the world, I met a friend, Michele, a young man with a desire to share what our land has to offer.

Hence the idea of letting the world try our products and the birth of our online store.
